Development Programs

Football development programs are offered year round - each season is listed in the program description.  Current registration will have a "Register Now" button under the program description.  Please email DBLK.knox@gmail.com or text 865-368-5292 with any questions.

DBLK SAQ

  • Focuses on improving speed, agility and quickness.  

  • Offered 2 days per week in the off season

  • Winter: December - February 

  • Spring: March - May 

  • Summer: June & July 

  • In season offered 1 day per week on Saturdays

  • Fall: August - November

  • 3 teams offered based on grade level

  • 4th & 5th grade

  • 6th & 7th grade

  • 8th & 9th grade 

  • Practice 1 day per week 

  • Season: February - March (8 week)

  • Games on Sundays 

  • Participating in local Gridiron League

  • Full pads and full contact training camp offered 1 day per week

DBLK Girls Flag Football Development

  • The mission of this program is to develop 5th - 12th grade female athletes through speed, agility, quickness and flag football skills

  • Training offered 1 day per week in a 60 minute session

  • June & July 

    • Wednesdays

    • 1 PM - 2 PM 

    • June: 4th, 11th, 18th

    • July: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
