DBLK nutrition classes are taught by Andrea Kendrick a registered and licensed dietitian and Certified LEAP Therapist. Our classes provide practical, evidence-based guidance to support performance, energy, and long-term health. No extreme diets, no confusion—just real-life strategies you can use immediately.
These sessions focus on how nutrition supports strength, recovery, gut health, metabolism, and longevity, helping you feel and perform your best at every stage.
