DBLK Adult Fitness

DBLK offers a unique training regimen for adults of any fitness level.  A hybrid routine consisting of mobility, strength training and conditioning.  40 - 60 training classes offered Monday - Friday |  5 AM - 12 PM. Come in any time.  

Cost: $125 per month unlimited training

Stretch 

Enhance range of motion and recovery with myofascial stretch/massage aimed to improve flexibility and joint mobility. Sessions are 45 minutes long.  Add this to your monthly Adult Fitness program.  Package costs are below.

*Gold: 1 month unlimited training + 1 massage/stretch per month: $200

​

* Diamond: 1 month unlimited training + 2 massage/stretch per month: $250

​

*Platinum: 1 month unlimited training + 3 massage/stretch per month: $300
