This allows you to better understand your benefits, any referral requirements, and any potential out-of-pocket responsibility before beginning nutrition counseling.

Will you verify my insurance benefits?
We do not verify insurance benefits on behalf of patients. Instead, during your Complimentary Discovery Call, you'll receive a simple checklist and phone script to guide your conversation with your insurance company.
Do I need a referral?
Some insurance plans require a referral or physician diagnosis before nutrition counseling is covered. Your insurance company can confirm whether this applies to your plan.
Do you accept HSA or FSA cards?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible services.

Self-pay appointments are available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plans do not include nutrition counseling benefits.
